Is passive euthanasia justified in a country like India where millions of poor die anyway?

I think that if the euthanasia is voluntary, then it should be allowed. However, in this day and age, it's the moral obligation of every member of the human race to ensure the well-being of every other member of the human race, so just simply euthanising someone because 'they will die anyway' isn't an acceptable reason. Everyone should have an equal chance at life
