Specialise now, or specialise later *chemistry*?

General advice on choosing a Chemistry course for Uni, I'd like to go into pharmaceuticals but I'm not sure whether it would be more beneficial to choose Chemistry with Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or whether I should just go for the general Chemistry (which might give me more options within the subject should I be unable to find a job in pharmaceuticals)?
