Razer onza help? Please Answer?

I've had my razer onza for about 2 months now and just recently when I press the left trigger my gun (all fps games) zooms in and out really quick can someone help heres there website if that helps razerzone.com and dont say stay away from cheap 3rd party controllers because this is a top of the line company and has been around for a long time making controllers for professional gamers.
