What is this game called?

It's on addictinggames.com, and it has a bunch of little stick figures. You click on different objects, people, etc., and things happen. Like for example, if I clicked on a lamp near a person, he would catch on fire. Stuff like that. Usually in the games there's something underground, like triggers, that you need to turn on.
