Why do we continue to inject logic?

So why hasn't he attacked us yet? Because he is crazy? Well maybe he will continue to be crazy and will continue to not attack us. Anyone "could" attack us. Should America take over the whole world to prevent this? And then what happens when one of the countries we took over starts a rebellion? I guess its ok then because they are Americans right?
