Who's going to fail worse this year?

I would say the Lions. They have a suspect defense beyond their defensive line, an injury prone QB, and no running game to speak of. I think the Raiders will be a game or two better, and the Bears I think will be a game or two worse. But I don't see the Lions improving at all.
