I need to be able to touch my toes sitting down.?

First, try to touch your toes standing up. This is generally easier. Also, have someone push you down and hold you there for 10 seconds, which will help you with your flexibility. Remember, if it is stretching, you will have some pain. If you don't have pain, you need to be pushing yourself more. So, once you can touch your toes standing up, start working on it while sitting down. Good Luck!
