How many times do they call someone to agree to donate a loved one's organs?

I think donating organs should be done. There was a woman who had a baby which only lived 24 hours. The babies heart was bad. There was another baby who was born whith a bad kidney and they asked the woman if they could have her babies kidneys and she said no. I think thast is wrong. The gift of life is giving to another for that child to live. My brother died and donated his eyes for a blind man to see. I think this is wonderful/
