Has anyone ever reported your answer when the question has been put to a vote so they could get best answer?

Yahoo is getting crabby and unreasonable about posting links. i wish they'd just update the Community Guidelines already and SAY that posting any websites is now forbidden. It is impossible to know if you were reported "just so they could get best answer." From now on, don't post any website addresses. Everybody is getting reported for this.
